The normal treatments of our filter bags are singed, calendered and heat set. The heat set is of great importance, which could prevent the filter bags shrink and out of shape when the temp is higher.
The special treatments include anti-static, water and oil repellent, PTFE treatment (PTFE dipping, PTFE coated and PTFE membrane). As for the anti-static treatment, it includes wire/line antistatic and blending conductive antistatic. The later is more expensive than the former.
As for the high temperature filter fabrics, such as nomex, P84, PPS, there is no wire/line antistatic treatment, but the blending conductive antistatic.
