In the process of producing needle-punched felt, filter material enterprises generally use 2-2.5D (Daniel) staple fibers. Foreign filter material enterprises are basically the same as our domestic enterprises in the process of production and manufacture, and are also 2-2.5D fibers. The following is a table of the relationship between fiber diameter (um) and Denier

It can be seen from the table that the smaller the Daniel value is, the smaller the diameter of the fiber is, the smaller the pore size of the filter material made of fine fibers is, and the higher the filtering accuracy is, the lower the emission milligram value can be obtained. If the dust particles are larger than the pore size of the filter felt, the more blocked the surface, the less penetrable the filter material is, and the surface filtration can be formed (see the schematic diagram). When INDRO FILTRATION manufacture ordinary filter felt, we choose filter fiber with following thickness.
