What is the cell plate hole of a bag filter?
The cell plate of the pulse bag dust collector is the orifice plate of the suspended dust removal filter bag, arranged in two ways: straight and staggered. The flower board should be flat and smooth, without any bending or uneven defects. The thickness of the cell plate is generally not less than 4mm. The periphery of the cell plate hole should be smooth and free of burrs. For fixing the filter bag with an elastic expansion ring, the aperture tolerance is 0-0.8mm, and for other apertures, the tolerance is 0-0.2mm. The center distance of the cell plate hole is determined based on the diameter and spacing of the filter bag. The spacing between filter bags should not be too small, otherwise it will cause adjacent filter bags to come into contact and friction with each other, and cause the vertical velocity between filter bags to be too high. However, it should not be too large to avoid unnecessary expansion of equipment volume.
The dust collector should prevent dust leakage between the filter bag and the cell plate, and the sealing between the dusty side and the dust-free side should be 100% tight. To prevent dust leakage, the following measures are mainly taken to strengthen the sealing performance:
(1) Increase the contact surface between the dust removal filter bag and the cell plate of the bag filter. The filter bag holes on the cell plate are made by drawing method, and their contact surface extends to the entire surface of the drawing holes (about 20mm).
(2) Increase the pressure to make the bag neck ring fitted on the filter cloth tightly adhere to the pulling edge of the tube plate hole. The special shape of the neck ring can also utilize the temperature effect to generate additional pressure on the surface, making the sealing effect better.
