1. Detailed Description Of Fiberglass Felt
Compound fiberglass needle punched felt
Fiberglass fiber mix other high temperature resistant fiber
Weight: above 800g
Working Temperature: 160-300℃
Basic Finish treatment: singed, calendered, heat set
Functional treatment: water and oil repellent, anti-static, ptfe lamination or membrane.
Standard filter roll width: 2.1m
Max filter roll width: 2.3m
Roll Length: 50m, 100m as per customer’s requirement
2. Features Of Fiberglass Felt
-A widely range of high temperature resistant filter needle punched felt
-Made of mixture of fiberglass and other high temperature resistant fiber, such as aramid(nomex) fiber, pps fiber, p84 fiber, ptfe fiber etc.
-Compared with 100% high temperature resistant filter fabrics, compound fiberglass filter felt is very economic, and the working performance is almost same.
-replace of 100% aramid or nomex, 100% pps(ryton), p84 high temperature resistant filter material.
