Glass fiber woven fabric filter material can not be used for high wind speed filtration because of its non-flexibility, so glass fiber woven fabric filter bags are generally using this type of filter bag.
Mechanical rotary air reversed flat shape filter bag/sleeve: The filter bag of mechanical rotary air reversed flat bag filter is generally external filter type. Because the shape of the filter bag is flat and its cross section is trapezoidal, it is usually called trapezoidal filter bag. The filter bags are all set on a filter bag cage with trapezoidal or slender elliptical cross section. The perimeter of the filter bags is generally about 800 mm and the length varies from 1500 to 6500 mm.
Rotary-low pressure pulse jet type long filter bag/sleeve: This kind of filter bag has been generally lengthened to 8 meters, and its filter bag cage is flat elliptical. Because of the long filter bag, the filter cage is generally segmented. The original specification of the bag perimeter is about 440 mm. The company of dust removal transformation of power plant boiler usually designs its perimeter between 400 and 600 mm according to the need. The mouth of the filter bag must be closely matched with the inner circumference of the cell plate, and the top of the bag mouth should be sealed with high temperature resistant felt strip.

The filter bag is external filter type and consists of 29 diamonds. Coal-grinding bag filters generally use anti-static filter materials, which have the characteristics of small area and large filtering area. But this type of filter bags is difficult to sew and have different specifications.
Side-inserting flat type filter bag: The filter bag of the side inserting flat bag dust collector is envelope type flat filter bag, it is also called envelop filter bag or sleeve, which is arranged compactly to realize bag change outside the box. This kind of filter bag is about 1 meter in circumference and 1.5 meters in length. The bag mouth is sealed with felt and checkerboard.
Flat fabric filter bag of chamber-positioned air reversed bag filter/bag house: The bag filter is an ideal choice for electric bag reform. The bag filter can be replaced by adding filter bag and dust removal system to the box of the original electric dust collector. The specifications of this kind of flat filter bags are generally between 900-1100 mm in circumference and 5000-7000 mm in length. This kind of flat filter bags can be used in conjunction with the bag filter instead of the electrostatic precipitator, which saves a lot of space and reduces the manufacturing cost of the dust removal equipment.
