INDRO FILTRATION chooses high-quality polypropylene fibers to make polypropylene needle-punched filter felt. In addition to some advantages of ordinary needle-punched filter felt, polypropylene fiber has better acid resistance, alkalinity and lower softening point than polyester fiber, and the hydrolysis stability of polypropylene fiber is excellent. Therefore, polypropylene needle-punched filter felt is generally used in the fields of flue gas temperature below 100 degrees Celsius, acid and alkalinity or liquid-solid separation with higher acidity and alkalinity. It is used in conjunction with plate and frame rolling filter, vacuum suction filter, bag filter, centrifugal filter and other liquid filtration and separation equipment. The polypropylene felt used for liquid-solid separation is made of different specifications of polypropylene fibers and reinforced by ordinary staple or high-strength filament. The filter felt/filter rolls with weight of 350g/m2-700g/m2, thickness 1.2mm-4.5mm and the width less than 3.4m can be also produced in INDRO FILTRATION. The filter felt can be treated by calendering and singeing.
