There are two methods of checking when to replace filter bags.
One is determining the time of replacement of filter bags according to experiences.
The other one is that install pressure gauge at the inlet and outlet of bag filter. Determine the time of replacement of filter bags according to the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. Normally, the pressure drop which one filter bag can be withstood is 0.5-1kg/cm2. When pressure difference is up to this number area, please replace the filter bags.
