This series of filter media products are produced to improve the use of filter media and meet specific operating conditions. The main treatment processes include coating, membrane lamination, water and oil repellent treatment, which further improves the performance of the filter material. After waterproof and oil-proof treatment, the functional filter material can be used in flue gas with high temperature or moisture content. Compared with ordinary filter bags, the filter bags treated with water repellent and oil repellent can not easily clog paste bags, so the service life of the bags can be prolonged and the period of ash cleaning can be prolonged. The gas flow through the bags can also be increased, so the energy consumption and maintenance costs can be greatly saved, and the output can also be increased.
When the filter material is treated by PTFE coating, the filtering accuracy, surface finish, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, acid-alkali resistance, toughness and strength of the filter material are greatly improved. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film has a smooth surface and chemical resistance, which is coated on the surface of ordinary filter materials, playing a role of disposable dust layer, which can intercept all dust on the surface of the membrane and achieve surface filtration. Moreover, because of its smooth surface, excellent chemical stability, non-ageing and hydrophobicity, the dust intercepted on the surface is easy to peel off and improve. The service life of the filter material is improved. Compared with ordinary filter media, it has the following advantages:

1. The membrane pore size is between 0.2 and 3 microns, and the filtration efficiency can reach 99.99%, almost achieving zero emission. The efficiency of dust removal is always high without changing the porosity after dust removal.

2. The pressure loss of the membrane-covered filter material is higher than that of the ordinary filter material at the beginning of use, but the pressure loss does not change much with the increase of the use time after putting into operation, while the pressure loss of the ordinary filter material will increase with the extension of the use time.

3. Dust easily enters into the interior of ordinary filter media in use, and accumulates more and more until the pore is blocked, leading to the failure to continue to use. Using PTFE membrane filter material, the filtered dust can be easily removed from the surface of the membrane. The effect of cleaning dust is good, the cycle is long, and the pressure intensity of cleaning dust used is low, thus improving the service life of the filter material and reducing the operation cost of the product.
Although the membrane filter material has high filtration accuracy, it has great resistance, so it is only suitable for use at low filtration wind speed. In order to overcome the shortcomings of membrane-covered filter material, PTFE coating method is used to treat ordinary filter material in INDRO filtration company, which greatly improves its filtration accuracy, surface finish, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, acid-alkali resistance, toughness and strength, especially when ultra-fine fiber or ultra-fine surface layer is selected, the filtering effect is more excellent, while the porosity of the filter material is still very high, and basically maintained.
