208 polyester woven filter cloth is with good air permeability and high dust collection efficiency. It has normal acid and alkali resistance, normal heat resistance. It is loose-raised fabric, raising improves the polyester cloth’s thickness and makes polyester woven filter cloth elastic. Its dust collection efficiency is up to 99.9%.
729 woven polyester woven cloth is made of short polyester fiber. It is widely used in dust collection of casting iron grinder in cement plant. 729 woven polyester filter cloth has features of high strength, low shrinkage, strong acid resistance, weak alkali resistance. Its using life is normally 4-5 times of woven fiberglass. 729 woven polyester filter cloth is with advantages of good air permeability, high dust collection rate, initial resistance, high abrasion resistance and easy dust cleaning. Its dust collection efficiency is up to 98.99%. 729 woven polyester filter cloth is specially developed for chemical industry, metallurgical plant, food processing plant and other related industry. It can meet the requirement of these industry and improve the recovery efficiency.
1. Dust collection efficiency: 98.8%. Higher by 19.65 than woven fiberglass, up to 99.6% when running.
2. Initial resistance: 4.5mm H20 (0.62/s/cm2), lower by 10% than208.
3. Bursting strength: 1200-1400N, higher by 10-20% than 208.
4. Abrasion resistance: 570 times, high by 16.5-28.3 than 208.
5. Shrinkage: 2-4%
6. Heat resistance: continuous temperature: 140-160℃,max 180 ℃ in short time(in dry condition)
7. Acid resistance: 35% hydrochloric cid, 75% sulfuric acid, 60% nitric acid will not affect its strength
8. Alkali resistance: 10% perborate, 28% ammonia will not affect its strength.
